The Homework Problem
Have you ever been in this situation?
“Have you finished your home work Billy?” says the teacher.
“Nope.” Replies Billy.
“DETENTION!” yells the teacher.
If you have, you may have used one of these excuses: “I forgot”, “I didn’t have enough time”, “There were too many distractions at home”, or “I didn’t have enough supplies” Billy constantly gets detention after detention after detention. He wants to end the seemingly endless barrage of detentions. He has a problem with finishing his homework.

Billy has resolved to finish his homework on time but he needs help. He has asked his parents, his siblings, and his teachers for tips to complete his homework and up his dismal F- in English.

He tried this idea. He works on his homework when he gets home. When he got home, he got right on his homework. He had a long boring day at school so he found it hard to focus. He turned on some music to help. After about thirty minutes, he finished the first part of his homework, but forgot what to do next. He used another solution. That solution was that he would write down his assignments in his assignment notebook at school. He wrote down his assignments in his assignment notebook. Within no time he finished most of his homework and had time to do some fun stuff afterwards.

The next day he had a lot of homework so he used his assignment notebook to determine which books to take home from his locker. He needed his vocabulary book, his grammar book, his science folder, his math workbook, his social studies textbook, his reading book, and his USB flash drive. He finished his homework without the grinding worry that he is forgetting something.

People similar to Billy cannot finish their homework every day. Now, Billy gets good grades on his homework and will continue to get them because of the tips. One final tip, if you need help, ask a parent or guardian. Homework can be a problem, but it does not need to get in the way of everything. Homework can and should be able to be completed.
